Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join the team at PacSun! As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store and overseeing the team of associates. You will be the driving force behind making sure that the store runs efficiently and meets all operational goals.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should also have prior experience in retail management and be comfortable working with numbers. Above all, you must be a team player and have a passion for helping our customers!

7. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
8. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
10. Prepare reports on store operations and performance.
