D365 Lead Analyst

PacSun is looking for an experienced, dynamic professional to join our team as a D365 Lead Analyst. In this role, you will serve as a key technical authority on the integration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and be responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of the platform.The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, business analysis, and project management. We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a proven track record of successful implementations, and the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other technical resources.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and/or Power Platform is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a technical authority on the integration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
2. Develop the strategic and tactical direction for the Dynamics 365 platform.
3. Communicate technical information to internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other technical resources.
4. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions.
5. Manage projects to ensure successful implementations.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Assist with training and user adoption.
8. Monitor performance and make adjustments as needed.
9. Assist with the development of administrative, operational, and technical processes.
10. Travel occasionally as needed.
