AP Representative - Expenses

Responsibilities:

1. Process high volumes of accounts payable invoices with accuracy and speed.
2. Maintaining records of expenses and payments.
3. Investigating and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
4. Reconciling supplier accounts and statements.
5. Liaising with suppliers and other departments to ensure accuracy of invoices.
6. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures.
8. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
9. Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Office to facilitate accounts payable processing.
10. Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
11. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
