PacSun is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative - Expenses to join our corporate finance team! We are a leading lifestyle retailer that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Knowledge of systems such as Oracle and Microsoft Office is essential, as is the ability to process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and speed. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must, and you must be a team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of accounts payable invoices with accuracy and speed.
- Maintaining records of expenses and payments.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
- Reconciling supplier accounts and statements.
- Liaising with suppliers and other departments to ensure accuracy of invoices.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Utilize Oracle and Microsoft Office to facilitate accounts payable processing.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance
+ Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable Processing
Expertise In Expense Reporting Tools
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Applications (Word

Experience With Automated Expense Software
