
Water Resource Engineer
Are you an experienced and motivated Water Resource Engineer looking to make a difference? In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative water resource management solutions that protect the environment, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our business objectives.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in water resources engineering. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of hydrology and hydraulic principles, experience with water quality and water rights management, and knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations. Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative water resource management solutions to protect the environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Utilize knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic principles, water quality and water rights management, and relevant federal and state regulations to achieve objectives.
- Provide technical support to the organization with water resource engineering expertise.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents.
- Ensure technical accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and other activities to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor projects for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify potential areas of risk and recommend solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and trends.
