Training Specialist

We’re looking for a Training Specialist to join the team at Pacific Gas and Electric! Our Training Specialist will be an integral part of this process, developing and delivering training programs for our employees. This role requires a passion for learning and development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, knowledge of adult learning principles, and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs. Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop innovative training programs for employees.
2. Utilize instructional design principles to create interactive and engaging training content.
3. Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training plans accordingly.
4. Stay up-to-date on adult learning principles and best practices.
5. Monitor and review program progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
6. Develop and deliver training in classroom and virtual settings.
7. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
8. Manage the implementation of training programs and track progress.
9. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and databases.
10. Analyze training data and create reports for management.
