Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs that are tailored to the needs of the utility industry • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees and contractors • Create assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs • Monitor and evaluate performance of employees and contractors to ensure they are performing their jobs safely and effectively • Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet the organization’s needs • Create educational materials such as user guides, manuals, and videos • Ensure all training content is up-to-date and relevant to the current environment • Provide feedback and guidance to employees and contractors to help improve their performance • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors
