Oversee the maintenance and operations of Pacific Gas and Electric's fossil and renewable energy assets.
Ensure the efficient and effective functioning of all energy assets under the company's portfolio.
Develop and implement maintenance and operating procedures to maximize asset performance and minimize downtime.
Lead a team of technicians and engineers responsible for day-to-day maintenance and operation of energy assets.
Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and operation activities.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks.
Monitor and analyze asset performance data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in renewable energy technology to continuously improve asset performance.
Support and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
Train and mentor team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and equipment.
Communicate with senior management on asset performance, maintenance activities, and budget updates.
Participate in strategic planning for the company's energy assets and make recommendations for improvements.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Represent the company in meetings with external stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.
Continuously strive for excellence and find opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance and operation activities.

Job Qualifications
