  1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and oversee the operational aspects of the learning and development programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Manage and maintain learning management systems and other technology platforms used for training delivery.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to learning and development.
  7. Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans to address identified gaps.
  8. Monitor industry trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into program design and delivery.
  9. Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support the learning and development initiatives.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to source and deliver training resources.
  11. Manage and track the progress and completion of employee training and development plans.
  12. Communicate with employees and managers to promote learning and development opportunities and gather feedback on program effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of learning and development initiatives with other company processes and programs.
  14. Create and maintain reports and metrics to measure the impact of learning and development programs.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the learning and development processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Learning And Development Operations Support, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology Platforms.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
