Conduct financial analysis and provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies
Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Participate in the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes and increase efficiency
Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
Communicate financial results and findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Stay current with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend changes as needed
Mentor and train junior accounting staff to develop their skills and knowledge in corporate accounting.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Accounting Or Financial Analysis
Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification
Strong Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Financial Reporting Standards
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
