Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions for data collection, storage, and analysis.
Develop and maintain data models and reporting tools to track key performance indicators and measure operational efficiency.
Communicate data findings and insights to team members and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Lead and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes based on data analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Train and mentor junior data analysts in data analysis techniques and tools.
Adhere to all data privacy and security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive and confidential information.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for streamlining operations.
