- Oversee all aspects of corporate secretarial operations, including managing a team of secretarial staff.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance.
- Provide support to the executive leadership team by coordinating and preparing materials for board meetings and other corporate events.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency in corporate secretarial processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of corporate documents, including board meeting minutes, resolutions, and other important documents.
- Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, such as auditors, regulators, and legal advisors, regarding corporate governance matters.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in corporate governance and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of corporate secretarial activities.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure a strong and capable team.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Corporate Secretarial Operations.
Knowledge Of Corporate Governance, Compliance, And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Effectively Leading And Developing Teams.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Across Departments And With Senior Executives.
