Job Description

At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for an experienced and professional Lineman to join our team. We are seeking an individual who is committed to safety, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about their work. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects is required. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems is preferred.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, working on outdoor power lines, and responding to emergency calls. They will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, adhere to all safety protocols, and communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner. Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety protocols while maintaining and repairing electrical systems
Work independently and as part of a team to respond to emergency calls
Utilize strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Drive to various locations while possessing a valid driver’s license
Lift heavy objects as needed
Provide excellent customer service and ensure safe and reliable operations
Maintain outdoor power lines
