
Human Resources Business Partner
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who has a passion for developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives and the growth and development of the organization. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have a minimum of five years of experience in a HR role with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development. This individual must also have the ability to effectively partner with senior leadership and other HR professionals to drive organizational change and growth. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement a variety of HR initiatives.
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's business objectives and growth • Partner with senior leadership and other HR professionals to drive organizational change and growth • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development • Develop and implement a variety of HR initiatives • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful outcome of initiatives • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR processes and policies • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all departments
