
Human Resources Business Partner
At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for a strong and versatile Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our HR team, providing expertise and support to our internal business teams and external partners. This role requires a combination of strategic and tactical HR knowledge, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws. Additionally, they will have proven success in driving organizational change initiatives, developing and executing strategies to improve team performance, and providing expert counsel to business and HR teams. The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and be a natural collaborator, able to build relationships and create win-win scenarios.
