
Human Resources Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join Pacific Gas and Electric. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing HR consultation and support to business leaders and managers within assigned client groups. You will work with the HR team to ensure the effective deployment of HR initiatives, programs, and processes. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable and experienced in human resources, has strong communication skills, and is able to build relationships with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in an HR role. You must also have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of human resources, including employment law, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting, and employee relations. An understanding of current technologies and best practices in HR is also preferred. We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual to join our team.
