
Human Resources Business Partner
We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Pacific Gas and Electric team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our organization’s HR strategies are in line with our company’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management team, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business goals.
- Analyze and monitor company data to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is hiring the best talent.
- Lead initiatives to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive and productive work environment.
- Guide and coach managers on performance management processes and best practices.
- Develop and manage talent management processes such as succession planning, career development, and learning and development.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.
- Advise on employee benefits and compensation programs, including salary and bonus structures.
- Remain up-to-date on labor laws and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
