
Human Resources Business Partner
As a Human Resources Business Partner at Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), you will be a strategic partner for our business leaders and a trusted advisor to our employees. You will be a leader in developing, implementing, and administering HR strategies and programs that enable our organization to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and engaged workforce. To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a HR professional in a corporate setting and demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically, analyze data, and influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement HR strategies and programs that promote a diverse and engaged workforce.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide HR advice and counsel to business leaders.
- Oversee employee relations and handle investigations and grievances.
- Analyze data to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop metrics and reports to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
- Foster positive employee relations and a healthy corporate culture.
