
Human Resources Business Partner
The Human Resources Business Partner at Pacific Gas and Electric is a key role for our organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the executive team.
- Lead recruitment initiatives, including sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop compensation strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues and conducting investigations as needed.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations and ensure the organization’s policies and procedures are up to date.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to ensure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a current knowledge of HR best practices and stay abreast of industry trends.
