
Human Resources Business Partner
At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the successful candidate will provide strategic guidance in all HR-related matters to the executive leadership team. The successful candidate will need to be an experienced professional with a passion for the HR field, a deep knowledge of the ever-evolving HR landscape, and a dedication to the company's success.The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a large corporate environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance to the executive leadership team and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Consult on change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and resolve complex HR issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee relations and performance management issues.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all employee-related matters.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Analyze and interpret HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
