  1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with government officials and stakeholders at the local, state, and federal level.
  2. Monitor and analyze proposed legislation and regulations that may impact the company's operations and provide recommendations for action.
  3. Represent the company's interests at government meetings, hearings, and other events.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to gather information and develop strategies for advocating the company's position on key issues.
  5. Serve as a liaison between the company and government agencies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations and written materials to educate government officials and stakeholders about the company's goals, initiatives, and achievements.
  7. Conduct research and gather data to support the company's advocacy efforts.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, political developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other team members on government relations matters.
  10. Develop and maintain a network of key contacts in the government and industry to advance the company's interests.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company's brand.
  12. Maintain accurate records and reports of government relations activities and expenses.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards and comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Continuously improve and streamline government relations processes and strategies.
  15. Collaborate with the communications team to develop messaging and communication plans for government relations efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Political Science, Public Policy, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Government Relations, Lobbying, Or Public Affairs.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Government Processes And Regulations At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Represent The Company's Interests To Government Officials And Stakeholders.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Strategic Advocacy Plans And Building Relationships With Key Decision-Makers.
