Job Description

Pacific Gas and Electric is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a GIS Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to provide support for operational and engineering requirements across the organization. As a GIS Specialist, you will develop mapping and analysis solutions to facilitate decision-making and support critical business processes. We are seeking a candidate with a strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and an appreciation for the power of GIS systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field and at least three years of experience in a GIS-related role. You must also have a comprehensive knowledge of GIS software, including ArcGIS, and a thorough understanding of geospatial data and analysis techniques. Responsibilities:
