Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

2. Develop and implement safety protocols and maintenance programs for the fleet vehicles.
3. Monitor fleet performance and ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations.
4. Train and mentor fleet maintenance technicians in the safe and efficient repair of fleet vehicles.
5. Perform regular inspections of fleet vehicles to identify maintenance needs and ensure quality control.
6. Monitor fleet costs and establish cost-effective repair and maintenance procedures.
7. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex vehicle repair problems.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of fleet maintenance and repair activities.
9. Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
10. Lead by example to encourage a positive, productive, and safe working environment.
