Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

7. Develop and implement policies and procedures for fleet maintenance.
8. Oversee the work of fleet technicians and mechanics.
9. Report and document fleet maintenance activities.
10. Provide excellent customer service.
11. Maintain a valid driver’s license.
12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
13. Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
