Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the maintenance and repair of the fleet vehicles in compliance with safety regulations.
2. Maintain records of fleet maintenance and repairs and ensure the fleet is in optimal working condition.
3. Monitor fleet performance and implement corrective measures when needed.
4. Ensure the fleet is properly stocked with the necessary supplies and materials.
5. Monitor fleet costs and develop strategies to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
6. Plan and coordinate the hiring and training of new fleet maintenance personnel.
7. Foster a safe and productive work environment.
8. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
9. Investigate and address any customer complaints related to fleet maintenance.
10. Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate personnel.
