Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect the fleet vehicles to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are up to date.
2. Schedule and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with technicians and other personnel.
3. Monitor fleet maintenance technicians and assign tasks as needed.
4. Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel working with the fleet.
5. Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance, including cost, parts used, and labor hours.
6. Maintain and update fleet management software with necessary data.
7. Work with other departments to ensure that fleet vehicles are meeting all applicable regulations.
8. Train and mentor fleet maintenance technicians to ensure they are up to date with the latest advances in fleet maintenance and repair.
9. Ensure that all fleet vehicles are maintained and serviced in a timely manner.
10. Monitor fleet expenses and develop cost-saving measures.
