Job Description

As a field service representative for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), you will be a key member of our team responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused. The successful candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to PG&E customers.
  2. Manage customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  4. Analyze customer issues and provide solutions.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  6. Document customer interactions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  7. Troubleshoot any customer-related issues.
  8. Maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  9. Adhere to safety standards at all times.
  10. Update customer accounts to ensure accurate records.
