Field Service Representative

As a field service representative for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E), you will be a key member of our team responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused. 7. Troubleshoot any customer-related issues.
8. Maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
9. Adhere to safety standards at all times.
10. Update customer accounts to ensure accurate records.
