  1. Engage with customers in the field to build relationships and provide support.
  2. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  3. Ensure customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement customer outreach strategies.

  7. Conduct field visits to proactively address customer inquiries and gather feedback.
  8. Utilize customer relationship management tools to track interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for customer outreach and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  11. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Conduct presentations and workshops to educate customers on energy efficiency and other relevant topics.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  14. Act as a liaison between the company and customers, advocating for their needs and concerns.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Outreach Or Marketing, Preferably In The Energy Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Range Of Customers And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Outreach Strategies And Campaigns.

  • Knowledge Of Energy Conservation And Efficiency Programs And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Community Engagement And Outreach Initiatives.
