- Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate customers on energy efficiency and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers, advocating for their needs and concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Outreach Or Marketing, Preferably In The Energy Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With A Diverse Range Of Customers And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Outreach Strategies And Campaigns.
Knowledge Of Energy Conservation And Efficiency Programs And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Community Engagement And Outreach Initiatives.
