Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pacific Gas and Electric's business processes in order to effectively support and improve the Fieldglass system.
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP and Fieldglass, providing guidance and support to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Configure and customize the Fieldglass system to meet the unique needs of Pacific Gas and Electric.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of system issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize business disruptions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in SAP and Fieldglass, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Train end-users on system functionality and processes, ensuring proper utilization and adoption of the Fieldglass system.
Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades or changes to the system.
Assist with data management and maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and processing.
Document system processes and procedures, providing clear and concise instructions for end-users and other IT team members.
Participate in project planning and management, providing valuable insights and recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on system performance and project status.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions and tasks.
