  1. Develop and implement automation compliance strategies and procedures to ensure Pacific Gas and Electric meets all regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough and regular audits of automation systems to identify any non-compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Keep up-to-date with all relevant regulations and standards related to automation compliance, and ensure PG&E's processes and procedures are in line with them.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all automation systems are properly documented and maintained.
  6. Provide training and support to employees on compliance requirements and best practices for automation.
  7. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
  8. Monitor and report on compliance metrics to management and regulatory agencies as required.
  9. Investigate and resolve any compliance-related incidents or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  10. Represent PG&E in compliance audits and inspections, and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and available for review.
  11. Stay informed about industry developments and trends related to automation compliance, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies or practices into PG&E's processes.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications related to compliance matters.
  13. Participate in relevant industry conferences and events to stay current with best practices and network with other compliance professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Automation Compliance, Preferably In The Energy Or Utility Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Related To Automation Systems.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
