We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Engineer Rotation Development Trainee (ERDP) in the Power Generation department.   1. Participate in a rotational program, spending time in various engineering and technical positions within the power generation division.
  2. Learn and apply engineering principles and techniques to support the design, operation, and maintenance of energy production facilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for improving efficiency and reliability of power generation processes.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings within the power generation department.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of projects related to power generation, including planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  6. Take part in training and development activities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
  7. Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  8. Collaborate with senior engineers and managers to identify and address technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement.
