At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about energy efficiency, sustainability, and the environment. The ideal candidate should possess an educational background in engineering, energy, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in energy efficiency and/or sustainability.The successful Energy Efficiency Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing energy efficiency programs, analyzing energy data, and providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. A successful candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
Analyze energy data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to increase energy efficiency.
Monitor energy efficiency projects and initiatives.
Identify and recommend solutions to energy efficiency challenges.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop new energy efficiency initiatives.
Track and report on energy efficiency progress.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to energy efficiency.
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
