Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Pacific Gas and Electric. As the Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our company's sustainability initiatives and helping our customers reduce their energy consumption and costs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering energy efficiency programs and services.The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving and communication skills. A deep understanding of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies, as well as experience with energy efficiency program design and delivery, is also required. Additionally, you should possess a desire to stay up-to-date with new and emerging technologies in order to provide the best possible solutions for our customers.If you have a passion for sustainability and energy efficiency, and are looking for an opportunity to make a positive impact, then this is the right position for you!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and services.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of energy efficiency programs.
Research and analyze renewable energy technologies and trends in the industry.
Train customers on energy efficiency programs and services.
Design and deliver presentations to promote energy efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Monitor and report on energy efficiency program performance.
Provide technical advice on energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions.
Keep abreast of new technologies and emerging trends in the energy efficiency industry.
