Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) is seeking an experienced and passionate Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy management and environmental studies, as well as a commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. As an Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency programs and initiatives for PG&E. You will play a key role in helping PG&E meet its sustainability goals and reduce its environmental impact.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as energy management or environmental studies), as well as solid knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability principles. You should have experience in program development and implementation, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement energy efficiency programs and initiatives for PG&E.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented energy efficiency programs.
Design and present energy efficiency initiatives and solutions to management and staff.
Provide training on energy efficiency and sustainability principles.
Maintain accurate records and reports on energy efficiency programs and initiatives.
Analyze energy consumption and identify potential areas for energy savings.
Keep up to date with current energy efficiency trends and best practices.
Research and recommend energy efficiency products and services.
Develop and manage budgets for energy efficiency projects.
Liaise with external stakeholders to identify and secure funding for energy efficiency projects.
