Job Description

Pacific Gas and Electric is looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for designing, testing, and evaluating electrical components, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to our safety standards. Responsibilities:

Design, test, and evaluate electrical components, equipment, and systems
Develop and maintain electrical engineering systems, processes, and procedures
Perform research and analysis to identify and solve complex technical problems
Develop and implement safety standards for electrical equipment
Prepare detailed technical reports, diagrams, and design documents
Monitor and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components
Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Train and mentor junior engineers on electrical engineering topics
