Conduct research and analysis on existing and emerging clean energy technologies and their potential impact on the electric industry.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement electric asset strategies that align with the company's sustainability goals.
Participate in meetings and discussions with industry professionals to gain knowledge and insights on industry trends and best practices.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Help develop and maintain databases and tools to track and report on the progress of electric asset strategies.
Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to clean energy and sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of electric asset strategies.
Take initiative in identifying and addressing potential risks and challenges in the development and execution of electric asset strategies.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Electric Asset Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Electric Asset Management Principles And Practices, Including Asset Planning, Maintenance, And Risk Management.
Technical Skills: The Intern Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Good Understanding Of Electric Utility Systems And Equipment.
Analytical Thinking: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Think Critically And Analyze Complex Data To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Potential Risks In The Electric Asset Portfolio.
Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role, As The Intern Will Be Interacting With Various Stakeholders, Including Engineers, Technicians, And Managers. Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are A Must.
Teamwork And Collaboration: The Intern Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Asset Strategies. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships, Work Towards Common Goals, And Contribute To A Positive Team Dynamic.
