Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth dispatch process for all service requests.
Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain organized records of service requests.
Exercise good judgment in solving customer issues.
Remain calm and composed under stressful situations.
Provide excellent customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
