
Director's Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking project progress, and preparing project reports.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and other departments within the company, as well as external partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate and plan team meetings, events, and other activities as directed by the Director.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise, and bring them to the attention of the Director.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Assistant Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
