- Manage and oversee the rotational development program for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and select top talent for the program.
- Coordinate and facilitate the rotation of participants through various departments, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to participants throughout their rotations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and assign meaningful projects and assignments for participants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the program.
- Act as a liaison between participants, department managers, and senior leadership to ensure program objectives and goals are met.
- Continuously assess and improve the program to ensure it is in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of participant progress, performance, and program outcomes.
- Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages learning, growth, and collaboration.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments, and use that knowledge to enhance the program and provide valuable insights to participants.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Represent the company and the program in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Energy Or Power Generation Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In The Energy Industry.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
