  1. Manage and oversee the rotational development program for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to attract and select top talent for the program.
  3. Coordinate and facilitate the rotation of participants through various departments, ensuring a well-rounded experience.
  4. Provide mentorship and guidance to participants throughout their rotations.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
  6. Collaborate with department managers to identify and assign meaningful projects and assignments for participants.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the program.
  8. Act as a liaison between participants, department managers, and senior leadership to ensure program objectives and goals are met.
  9. Continuously assess and improve the program to ensure it is in line with industry standards and best practices.
  10. Maintain accurate records and documentation of participant progress, performance, and program outcomes.
  11. Communicate program updates, successes, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages learning, growth, and collaboration.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and developments, and use that knowledge to enhance the program and provide valuable insights to participants.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  15. Represent the company and the program in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In The Energy Or Power Generation Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In The Energy Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
