
Demand Response Coordinator
At Pacific Gas and Electric, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Demand Response Coordinator to join our team. The Demand Response Coordinator will be responsible for the successful execution of our demand response programs, leading program teams to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of customer service, demand response programs, and energy efficiency. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement successful demand response programs with customer engagement and satisfaction as top priorities
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify ways to improve customer experience and energy efficiency
- Lead program teams to ensure effective delivery of demand response programs
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
- Provide customer service support to ensure customer questions are answered and customer needs are met
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy industry standards and related regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategies to promote customer participation in demand response programs
- Track program performance and develop reports to measure results
- Ensure all program activities comply with applicable regulations and safety standards
- Analyze and recommend new programs or modifications to existing programs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
