Job Description

Pacific Gas and Electric is seeking a dedicated, driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DCPP Maintenance Services Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the maintenance and operations of our Diablo Canyon Power Plant.   1. Assist with maintenance and operations tasks at the Diablo Canyon Power Plant.
  2. Work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in the energy industry.
  3. Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the power plant.
  4. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components Is Essential For This Role, As The Intern Will Be Responsible For Maintaining And Repairing Dcpp Equipment.

  • Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Technical Skills Such As Troubleshooting, Testing, And Repairing Electrical Equipment. Experience With Various Tools And Equipment Used In Maintenance Work Is Also Required.
