Responsibilities for this job include:
-Provide exceptional customer service in response to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
-Gather customer information and analyze customer needs to effectively respond to inquiries
-Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
-Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
-Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
-Stay up to date with product and service information
-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
