Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, both in person and via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  2. Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain customer records and update customer information in the company’s database.
  4. Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and customer satisfaction.
  5. Remain up-to-date on company products and services and be able to answer any customer questions.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
  7. Ensure customer service standards and protocols are followed.
  8. Monitor customer service metrics and report results to management.
  9. Facilitate customer loyalty programs and help foster customer loyalty and retention.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
