Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Technical Diagrams And Blueprints: Cable Splicers Must Be Able To Accurately Read And Understand Technical Documents In Order To Properly Splice Cables And Troubleshoot Issues.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Procedures: Due To The Hazardous Nature Of Working With Electricity, Cable Splicers Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Adhere To Them At All Times.
