We at Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative team, working on projects that aim to improve and optimize our business operations. As a key contributor to our success, you will be responsible for gathering data, conducting research, analyzing trends, and offering insights to help drive effective decision-making. Our ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver with strong communication skills and a passion for understanding customer needs. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of financial and business metrics, as well as experience with data analysis and visualization software. The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders from all levels of the organization is a must. Responsibilities:

Gather data and conduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform business decision-making.
Analyze financial and business metrics to assess the company’s performance and suggest areas of improvement.
Develop data-driven strategies for optimizing operations and improving customer experience.
Utilize data analysis and visualization software to create reports and presentations.
Collaborate with stakeholders from all levels of the organization to ensure alignment on data-driven decisions.
Monitor industry trends and provide advice on how to best capitalize on opportunities.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes and regulations.
Prepare presentations and documents to communicate findings and recommendations.
