Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst to join Pacific Gas and Electric. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop critical insights that will drive business forward. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and making recommendations to our business stakeholders. You’ll need to be able to think and act strategically, and have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to getting the job done.You should have prior experience in business analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis, as well as a demonstrated ability to present complex solutions to a variety of audiences. You should be a creative and analytical problem solver, with a desire to learn and grow. Experience working in a large organization, with diverse stakeholders, is essential. Above all, you must be a strong communicator, able to translate complex information into actionable results.

Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets and develop insights to drive business decisions
Create financial models to evaluate potential business opportunities
Present complex solutions to a variety of stakeholders
Solve analytical problems in a creative and strategic manner
Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights
Utilize data mining techniques to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure accuracy and relevance of data used in analysis
Provide timely and effective support to business stakeholders
