Business Systems Analyst

Consult with customers to identify, define and document their business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access. Actively involved in various month-end financial close processes. Preparation of timely, accurate, and meaningful financial reports. Participate in internal control reviews, including Sarbanes Oxley documentation and testing, also ensuring PACCAR Financial and local procedures and controls are effective and operating in all areas. Install, maintain and support PC infrastructure including hardware and software. Windows 10 and Server Administration. Asset management including purchasing IT hardware, software, and equipment Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for improvement and growth of the infrastructure. Maintain documentation including departmental and end-user policies, procedures, and diagrams. Provide end-user training for Microsoft Office products and PACCAR systems.
