Prep Cook

At P.F. Chang's, we are looking for an enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our team and help us create our delicious, high-quality dishes. Our Prep Cooks are an essential part of our kitchen staff and are responsible for providing a wide variety of ingredients and dishes to our guests. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for food and cooking, excellent knife skills, and an eye for detail. They are reliable, organized and able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also a must. Responsibilities of a Prep Cook:

• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to P.F. Chang’s recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Assist other kitchen staff with food preparation and service
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as necessary
• Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen duties as required
• Follow directions from the head chef and other supervisors
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a pleasant work environment
