Host/Hostess

P.F. Chang's is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team. We are searching for an individual who has excellent customer service skills and is passionate about making sure every guest enjoys their experience with us. As the first point of contact for guests, the Host/Hostess will need to be friendly, warm, and welcoming. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists • Seat guests according to their preferences and choices • Manage reservations and large parties • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries • Ensure that guests are provided with menus and specials • Ensure that the restaurant is clean and organized • Monitor the dining room for any issues that may arise • Assist servers and bussers with their duties • Assist with cashier duties when needed • Resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner • Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met.
