Host/Hostess

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at P.F. Chang's! As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you’ll be responsible for providing warm and friendly service to help create a memorable experience for our customers. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with warm and friendly service.
2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Ensure the restaurant is presentable and clean at all times.
4. Ensure all guests and their needs are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Assist with seating arrangements and special accommodations for guests.
6. Process reservations in accordance with established procedures.
7. Monitor restaurant capacity and adjust seating arrangements accordingly.
8. Answer telephone calls and take reservations.
9. Assist with closing procedures such as counting cash drawers and restocking supplies.
10. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.
