Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner • Ensure guests are seated in a timely manner • Answer any questions guests may have about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies • Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction • Monitor the dining room to ensure it is clean and presentable • Handle guest complaints in a professional manner • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
